Hi! I have a subscription for Substance, and I can download assets from the web at:https://substance3d.adobe.com/But when I try to access the same assets from the Creative Cloud Desktop Client, under Stock and Marketplace -> 3D I get this error: To download assets first subscribe to a 3d offer I have tried to logout and login again in the client, and still the same error.

Hello, i just got the "full adobe suit" through Academic software and i am unable to download any models and textures because it states "Access denied! You don't have permission for this action! Please contact your account administrator" even though i am the owner of this account. can something be done about that ? i dont think my school manages my account too, they dont even know a lot about adobe themselves 

I had around 750 points... I've been paying for a subscription for a while and recently stopped. I've been getting assets, and spending these points occasionally whenever needed, and now all of a sudden ALL my points are gone... As far as I understand the points are permanent, right? Why are they gone?

When I enter https://substance3d.adobe.com/assets I'm unable to see the preview pictures for the materials - is there a problem with the site? It worked yesterday ...

I cant figure out how to use assets/materials from Adobe Substance 3D assets with the steam version of substance painter. The website tells me to subscribe to gain access, but I already have the steam license.

We've just published Beyond the Screen: How 3D Amplifies Real-world Design. Luxury leather goods designer Solange Sailler worked with the Substance 3D Assets team to explore how 3D tools can complement traditional craftsmanship—enhancing creativity, iteration, and communication while maintaining Solange's tactile, 'real-world' approach to design.   The 3D Assets team created a bunch of new models and materials to represent leather goods as part of this project.   We just published an article exploring how the Substance 3D Assets team and Chris Lefteri Design combined 3D and ‘real-world’ expertise to look at injection-molded plastics, and consider how techniques like injecting dyes or adding speckles in the mix can create interesting material effects.   These materials were created with CMF designers in mind—experimenting with parametric materials in this way to show every phase of the material creation process can essentially save a lot of time and resources in terms of iteration and prototyping—but it's a fascinating look overall at how different areas of of material creation can converge (and create some phenomenal visuals, as a plus).    Go ahead and read the full article, Go with the Flow: Animating Injection-Molded Plastics with Substance 3D Designer, right now!      

There is no where in the substance3d site interface that shows me what my daily limit amount is, or even my remaining amount? Am I the only one experiencing this limit? Feels like false advertising to claim this new system is unmetered if this is how it works.

Hello! I understand that subscribed users now have unmetered access to assets which is peachy! If you're not a subscribed user but still have a large pool of substance points accrued over the years does this mean  Adobe is taking my points away come April?Cheers!

The error message is "Asset 'number' does not seem to exist." Could someone please help me out?

what gives? i had around 189 or so credits left for substance source. moved my account as required. that should have been the end of it. did you guys seriously just delete all my credits? that i paid for via former sub? really and now am I to assume I need to have a sub to access those said credits? please explain to me what is happening so I don't misinterpret things.

For well over a month now I've not been able to download assets from 3D assets and just have the dialouge box telling me to subscribe, even though i've got an active subscription.Unlike multiple other forum posts I can absolutely guarentee this isn't a wrong account logged-in issue, I also tried going through customer support multiple times, to no avail. The last instance they just shrugged and closed the ticket, telling me there is no issue on their end. Although i've even tried logging in on other hardware and still have the same account issues.Is there something I, and apparently 3 seperate customer support attempts are missing here? does substance 3D painter / modeller subscriptions no longer allow for me to download materials since they've taken the mutliple hundred account point i'd previoiusly had to transition to a "limitless" system?It's getting pretty frustrating and surely I'm not the only one getting sent in circles.

Hi, I have the student plan for Substance, however I can obviously only download the .rpm package from my apps page. I am on Arch Linux so I am aware that the only, or easiest way to get this to work is by getting the Steam version, however as a student this is way beyond budget. Seeing as I am able to get the non-Steam version free anyway, is there a way I can get the Steam version free under the same premise? Alternatively if not, is there a way I can install it under wine?

Hey, I want to download some Substance 3D assets that can be found in Adobe creative cloud under marketplace/3D section.Creative cloud is unreliable for downloading these large sbsar files, it's slow, often throws up error, and has unecesarry high CPU usage.Can I just download them through browser? I can't find these resources through marketplace in browser Please post answers that are straight to the point, I don't want any corporate answers how creative cloud is super cool and secure. Sbsar it's just a 7zip file in reality

As a user I'm expecting it to take me to subscription options for accessing this kind of downloadable content.Using MAC OS, Sequoia 15.5 in Safari. This occurs on content (materials/models/lights) that I have not previously downloaded as those assets I can download without issue. Thanks!

I've logged in into my Adobe account after a while and found out that all my 500+ points disappeared. As I learned, now you need a subscription to download any assets. But Adobe doesn't sell subscription in my region. So my earned points just has been taken from me and I can't purchase a subscription to continue use a library. The whole point of that system was that you could save up points and continue to use assets library long after you cancel a subscription for whatever reason. This was the main reason I had a subscription in a first place, because I had a several perpetual licenses of my Substance products and didn't need it at all excpet for assets. Also I didn't get any emails that would warn me about that change in advance. Trully great customer experience. 

I downloaded assets from Adobe Substance 3d for a project I am working on. I am having an issue with the 3D models that have different versions more specifically. When I tried to bring in the Billboard Gantry 01 and the Billboard Gantry 04 into Autodesk Maya meshes from 02 move to 04. This seems to be happening on all of the variation objects does anyone have any tips to fix this?
