APO codes not available for this product for student license

Hi,

I'm a student but when I try to request for a student license to use Substance, I get an error message saying, "APO codes not available for this product" and "please correct errors before summiting this form"

I asked my classmates and professor, and school if they knew what was wrong but they never encountered this before.
