Can not download 3d assets despite active Adobe Substance 3D Texturing account

I am having the Adobe Substance 3D texturing subscription since more than a year and now i am trying to create some 3d scenes however i could not download 3d models from the Assets. My first try was cliking on doanlod in the Creative Cloud Desktop, no matter how many times i click on doanlod. nothing happens. Then i opened the Assets website and there, whenever i try to doanload assets i get the option "Upgrade" instead of Download??.. when i select "Upgrade" out of curiosity.. it asks me to buy the same subsription which I already have ?! ... further , i do notice it would allow me to doanload a very small amount of 3d assets only which are tagged as "FREE" .. but then again , how am i supposed to use my 30 downloads per month if i can only access 221 items ? Why i cannot download any asset i desire ?
