Can't downlad Substance assets?

I have a Substance 3D Texturing subscription but i can't download assets. I get directed to the subsciption page. I allready logged out and in again, but i still can't download any asset. What i am doing wrong?

Hi Asta,
I think you have seen it already, but indeed there is an issue on your account.
In the meanwhile i have added points manually to your account to last you for some time in case we don't have the fix right away.
