Can't download any assets even though I have a full subscription with my school

Hi to whoever may respond,

I'm currently trying to download a substance 3D texture for my project in school and our school has the full Adobe enterprise suite, however when I try to subscribe to get an asset with Substance it tells me to pick a plan. This does not occur when i try and use Adobe Stock or the fonts so I believe it's just a substance issue. Any help would be appreciated!
