Can't download or pay for download credit!

I want to download a material from the store (or send to sampler) but I can't.

 

It says I have no download credits.

 

I'm currently in the free trial.

 

I try to pay to subscribe so I can go ahead and download, but get an error indicating that I already own that subscription.

So indeed you have a Texturing subscription and after the trial period, you will get access to 30 points or assets per months including in the Texturing offer.

Hi James, 

You are in trial period and during the trial period of 30 days you have only access to the free assets.
After that you will get access to the downloads of non free assets.
