Can't download or send to from Marketplace

Using the CC app (CC Library 3.19.8.2) it is impossible to download a material or send it to Painter. I can "lisence" it (the word appears once I've clicked the asset) but if I try to download/send it just enters an eternal loading animation. If I X out of that I get a small red box saying "failed to send asset {}".

    Are you trying to download porcedural or scan-based assets? Scan-based materials are much heavier and can take a long time to be downloaded/sent to the app

    I can not reproduce the issue on my side, are you on mac or windows? 
    Which app are you trying to send the content to? 

    In the meantime you can use the 3D Assets website and import the content manually in your desktop software

    No? Nothing? Still can't get any of my licensed materials. This is utterly useless.

    Hi @JCBKay , could you please open the Creative Cloud Desktop app info and send me a screenshot of the popup with the number of the version of the different components? Thanks you
