Can't download Substance 3D assets even though I have subscribed

Hello, I have a question, I subscribed to Substance 3D for Students and Teachers plan but I can't download assets on Substance 3D Assets. Is it not included in the plan?

    Sorry for the late answer, this is correct, you need to have Texturing or Collection subscription to download assets.
