Cannot download 3D Substance Textures

Hi, I have purchased the 3D Substance monthly subscription this morning (the money has been debited from my account) which should allow me to download 30 free assets. I am unable to download any materials and the downloads box says zero downloads are available with my subsription. Please help.

    Hi Jason,

    I see 30 download points on your account, but I see that your email is linked to an individual account (where you have your subscription) and a professional account. 
    Can you please log onto the platform and make sure you select your personnal account? You might also be able to switch your profile to your personnal profile by clicking on your profile image on the top right corner on the platform.
