Cant Download models even tho i have texturing yearly plan bought

With the Texturing offer, you do not have access to the downloads of models. You need to have the Collection offer.

Yes, it is the same email(i cut it off here for privacy resaons but i can send you in private)
but what about the models? why I cant donwload them? are they not in my plan? I couldnt find that information in plan

I checked your account. You have a Texturing offer, so 30 credits per month with currently 95 remaining credits.

So it can not be 275 credits.You should see on the website and on CCD the same number of points.
Are you sure to be logged with the same email address and profile on both?
