Credits have been added to my account when I was not subscribed

Hi,

 

I have previously signed up for a subscription to Substance 3D texturing last year. I cancelled at the end of the first month and had used all 30 credits in the Substance 3D assets library. When I logged on today my account was showing I had "downloads available with my Adobe subscription". I had no active subscriptions. I checked the plans in my Adobe account and it showed no active plans. I have just re-subscribed to the Substance 3D texturing plan and the 30 credits have been added on top. It looks like credits were added to my account even though my subscription had been cancelled.

Hi, is there any update on this issue? The number of credits is still increasing even though I do not have an active subscription. It now shows I have over 300 download credits available.

Hi J, let me investigate and come back to you asap.

In any case, you can use the extra download points with no issue. Once the assets are licensed on your account (when they appear in the "my assets" tab) they will never be removed so no worry on this aspect
