Downloading speed for materials from adobe assets is painfully slow

I'm from poland
I have a literal optical fiber as my internet connection, I download Steam games with speeds exceeding 100mb/s so why as a year-by-year payer for adobe products I get 6kb/s download speeds for my materials what is that?

my connection to any server be it the USA or China is great, the best it can be.
