Eo comprei o pacote adobe completo, ai apareceu a informação que não tinha direito as ferramentas 3D.
Comprei o pacote completo das ferramentas 3D, e não consigo acessar a biblioteca do substance 3D assetes...

Entendi algo errado, ou isso é um Bug?

    On my side I can see 60 download points available on the Substance 3D Assets library, which corresponds to the september and october months of your subscription. Can you please try to log out and login again from the platform?

    Have you tried using the 3D tab in the marketplace available in the Creative Cloud Desktop app? You should be able to get materials with the download points linked to your Substance subscription from there too

    Hi Alexandra,
    Are you sure you are logged in with the same Adobe account you used to purchase your Substance 3D subscription?
