I bought a plan, and its requesting me to buy it again.

I went in a bought the 20$ subtance painter plan, and when i look at my homepage, it said "trial ended" im quite unsure what trial, and i tried to check the history of my account, and didnt find much.
I checked paypal and it took my 20$, and i still dont have access to substance painter.

it tells me to buy the 20$ plan, but when i do it says i already have it.
