I have a subscription for Substance, and I can not download assets from the web

Hello,

I have a subscription for Substance, and I can not download assests from neither the web nor creative desktop client. Everytime I try to donwload one of them, I get this error message : to download assest, first subscribe to a 3D offer.

I have tried to logout and login again in the client, and still the same error.
