Not able to download 3D-Assets although subscribed.

Hi, I so have a subscription to the substance-collection and I got a confirmation from adobe, but I am not able to download 3D-assets. It only shows "Subscribe" on each asset (suppose it should be download). 
Creative Cloud App shows under Assets "start"

What could be wrong?

Hi Dave, yes I have tried this and then launching the 3D Substance Assets from Adobe CC through to web browser. Still saying zero downloads available.

    Have you tried signing out of , and then back into the Adobe CC application?
