Subscribed but it still says upgrade for assests

So I subscribed to get 30 assests and it says I have a plan and everything but when I go to download, it just says upgrade. Like obviously I aint gonna give more money then I already do so I need some help here. So you know, I can download my assests?

Hi @blakes14873959 

You suscribed to the Texturing offer for which you have indeed 30 assets per month but only materials. If you want to use some for other types of asset like Models, lights..., you need to upgrade to the offer Collection.

if you have remaining downloads available but you cannot download a material asset, then it is a bug.
