Substance 3D Asset Account issue

For well over a month now I've not been able to download assets from 3D assets and just have the dialouge box telling me to subscribe, even though i've got an active subscription.

Unlike multiple other forum posts I can absolutely guarentee this isn't a wrong account logged-in issue, I also tried going through customer support multiple times, to no avail. The last instance they just shrugged and closed the ticket, telling me there is no issue on their end. Although i've even tried logging in on other hardware and still have the same account issues.

Is there something I, and apparently 3 seperate customer support attempts are missing here? does substance 3D painter / modeller subscriptions no longer allow for me to download materials since they've taken the mutliple hundred account point i'd previoiusly had to transition to a "limitless" system?

It's getting pretty frustrating and surely I'm not the only one getting sent in circles.
