Substance source credits not showing on my account despite subscribing

I have subscribed to the 3d texturing plan yet I am not getting my 30 asset download credits.

Please resolve this,

Hello @isaacs33946518 - I see 30 points have been added to your account a couple of hours ago
It can take some time for the points to be added to your account, but you should now see them.
If you still don't see them, can you please try to log out from your adobe account and log in again, making sure to use the same account as the one linked to your Substance subscription in case you have several accounts?
