Unable to download textures and assets with education plan from Academic Software

Hello, i just got the "full adobe suit" through Academic software and i am unable to download any models and textures because it states "Access denied! You don't have permission for this action! Please contact your account administrator" 
even though i am the owner of this account. can something be done about that ? i dont think my school manages my account too, they dont even know a lot about adobe themselves

    Hi @merlin_5872 , thanks for reaching out. To confirm, do you have Creative Cloud All Apps as your subscription, or do you have the Adobe Substance 3D Collection? Unmetered access to the 3D Assets Library is not included in your Creative Cloud All Apps subscription unfortunately. Please let me know, thank you.
