what happened to my credits on substance source?

the thing is, I shouldn't need a "active subscription" for credits I already paid for. Do you know how confusing and frustrating that is? so basically I have to pay money to access what i already paid for. lol. You know how anti-consumer that seems? hell I don't believe I even got an email indicating I had a specific time download to use them, up. so either way seems I am boned. Well, no worries, I won't be subbing for any software let alone access to your source. I'll find other means since you want to be so anti-consumer.

@Almisuifre , I have answered you in another thread, but with a texturing subscription, you indeed should have access to the 3D Assets Library. Please send me a DM and we will get your account fixed.

I have the same problem with many more points. However, I would add that in my subscription, I am normally entitled to assets. There I do not understand at all the approach and the lack of clarity of the current system.

What do we really have the right to do?

so basically you deleted my 189 credits, and told me ,sucks being you go buy an active subscription. lol. wtf! seriously?
