The 14.0.1 version of Designer had incorrect system requirements enforced in Creative Cloud Desktop. We have fixed this in version 14.0.2 which is available today and contains all fixes from 14.0.1 plus a few more. Please give it a try and let me know if you are able to install it.

I have the same problem with all the substance apps, it says that my dispositive its not compatible but its imposible i have windows 11, amd ryzen 5 5600X and a RTX 4600ti I would greatly thanks some help.
