"Mask to path" seems not working at all on non-square images

Is it known  thing and I can't do anything except turning the mask into square first?

      Hey ! 

      Nice catch, I can reproduce on my side too. 
      I will create a ticket and we will try to fix it for the next release. 
      The only workaround we see is to work horizontally and then rotate. It's bit ...dirty...but depending on what you want to do, it can work.

        For me it works on horizontal format  but doesn't work on vertical .    Includind very same voroni node
