Some features including shape are missing

I tried everything I could, but some things are missing, like the shape function.
How can I restore the functionality? 

1. Deleting the program and trying again doesn't work
2. I had a 2-hour Adobe consultation.
3. I also downgraded too
4. No graphics and CPU issues(latest upgrade)
5. Useless for new users
6. Cleaning tool is useless too

I think a file is missing. How can I restore the functionality?

Hello,

 

Thank you for reaching out to us! In each screenshot you shared, there are actually two different methods of creating nodes and there lies the reason the 'Shape' node does not appear in some cases.

 

When creating a node by dragging a new link from a connector, the list of results is filtered to only show nodes which primary input is compatible with the connector that the link was dragged from. E.g.: Dragging a new link from a 'color' connector will only show a list of nodes with a primary input of type 'color'.

 

The 'Shape' node does not have any inputs, so it is never listed when creating nodes by dragging new links from connectors.

Therefore, to have the 'Shape' node be listed in the list of results, you need to create it by simply pressing the Spacebar key.
