Steam Substance Designer 2025 not launching

I recently got Substance Designer from Steam, but when I try to launch it, it opens the title screen and then closes. I've clicked Verify File Integrity and reinstalled it multiple times, but it hasn't resolved the issue. I've also checked the minimum system requirements, and I meet them.  So I'm not sure why it's not opening or what can be causing it.  

I got it because the remote computers my school provides are very laggy, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello again,

 

Other users have recently reported crashes on startup and updating the graphics drivers for their system's integrated GPU (iGPU) fixed that issue.

 

If your system includes an iGPU, you may try updating its drivers:

Can you please share more details about your system's configuration (GPU, OS, desktop or laptop, ...) as well as when exactly the crash occurs (closing the home screen, creating/loading a project, ...) and what is on the screen at the time of the crash (splash screen, home screen, main window)
