It seems to be a bug that appears when the node is set to 'No Tiling' or the  main graph is set to 'No Tiling' and the node tiling is set  to 'Relative to parent'.

 

If you need your graph set to no tiling, you can get round the problem by setting the node tiling mode to Absolute and set H&V Tiling
