Substance Designer Perpetual licenses - Exe Download

Hey there,

So as is the nature is seems with adobe and legacy software every effort has been made to obfuscate and demoralise those who previously purchased software outright and need access to the exe. 

I'm a Substance 3D lndie license holder, however I'm installing onto a new PC and need the exe's.

The substance 3D legacy website is down and I am unable to access the software. Can I please get some help with this, and for the sanity of all others could adobe please but some effort into having clear webpages/locations for legacy software like this to be downloaded? Because this is madness.
