Substance documentation issue

Hello,

 

For several weeks now I am unable to access the substance documentation link https://substance3d.adobe.com/documentation

 

It gives me an 504 Gateway ime-out error. I have checked with my colleagues from another location and they seem to have the same issue.

 

Do you have any suggestion where else can I access the Substance Designer documentation?

    Indeed, starting today the links work.

      Hi @Rendering0101,

       

      Unfortunately, there is indeed an issue with the Substance documentation making it unstable. For example, you should be able to access it at this very moment, but by the time you see this message... Not sure.

      We know it is an annoying issue (even for us), and trust me, we are doing the best we can to solve the problem. In the meantime, I do not have a workaround for you, except to check the documentation link from time to time.
