These two nodes aren't totally identical. One is legacy, which means the node implemented in the graph is a previous version of the current one.

When we make changes that influence the result of a node, there's always a "Legacy" version of this node, in order not to break graphs results.

Therefore, in your situation, having the exact same output between the legacy and the current Tile sampler node seems complicated.
