I'm having a constant reoccurring issue   when I start a project it shows the timeline is at seven seconds. It won't let me rewind it or start at zero. And then when I import the audio and then export the project to myself, the project is seven seconds longer than the original audio or video length was. And I have vision loss so can't tell, but my fan base is lately telling me my audio and visual do not lineup, that they are staggered by a few seconds. no matter how much I delete and restart new projects I'm having the exact same behavior. There's automatically seven seconds into the timeline of every project I start

Hi @Ehlertman  Thank you for reaching out with such detailed information.  I'm sorry for the frustration this is causing you and your viewers.
I've not heard of the behavior you're describing and woud love to help resolve this.

To help diagnose this, could you share:
  1. Device & iOS version you're using
  1. Premiere app version (found in Settings)
  1. How you're creating projects (importing from camera roll, blank project, etc.)
    4. When this started happening (after an update, specific project, etc.)
Most helpful: Share your project with us
If you're comfortable, the most helpful thing for us is being able to reproduce the issue internally. If you'd be willing to share your project, that would be extremely valuable—but no pressure if you'd prefer not to. If you're open to it, here's how:

On your device, open this link in Safari: 

prx://features?Application.ProjectArchiving=true

  1. Go back to Premiere and open the Project Browser
  1. Tap the More icon (…) on the problematic project
  1. Select Share Project from the pop-up menu
This will zip up all the project content. If you're able to share that with us, I'll dive in and investigate further.
