Same time automatically app crashed and close and we  have to restart and when try Edit to export then also crashes in my nothing phone 1

I try to speed up my video, but can’t find speed control icon 

Tried every troubleshooting recommendation from AI chatbots. Still can’t get videos to transcribe the audio into text. It worked for a few days after I installed premiere, but hasn’t worked for the past week.

Omg what have you done to the latest update, presets don't work correctly or at all😫 pls fix the problem never had issue until this latest update😢

I'm trying to export a 30 min video and the app gets stuck at 2%. 1.7GB file... I've tried all different settings and everything gets stuck at 2%. iPhone 16Pro tons of gigs space available. help?

I’ve add two clips to the end of my project. Selected dissolve and it is not doing the dissolve.  I exported the file and sure enough the dissolve was not in the video.  That said dissolve is working elsewhere in my project without issue.  I think the problem is I split a clip that was a multi shot and put the dissolve in between those clips.

I have iPhone 13, and for now I have edited two videos around 5 minutes, very simple edited videos while editing it works good, I like the app and experience but for time to export it started overheating very fast and app crashes and I couldn’t export. after 10 times after trying I manage to export my file in 1080p rather than full quality. I like the app and experience but I think you guys are focusing so much on reel oriented app but I would appreciate if you all help with long form content video editor (e.g. YouTube video) I am not asking for fully fledged fancy editing features and all just good enough to create 30-40 minute video (simple editing and all that features that it already have) just with exporting issue solved.thank you-musashi

Send to Premiere on Desktop from iPhone said it had completed 100% successfully, but it hadn't. There was still syncing happening in the background that was then killed when I deleted the project from my iPhone. If it says it has completed successfully, then it should all be synced. Otherwise there should be a secondary message to advise when it has finished so if you want to delete the project from phone, you can. Steps were:Sent to Desktop a 14 minute video with about 10Gb of video files. Got 100% complete acknowledgement. Deleted project from iPhone Went to import into Desktop and got errors. Your tech support says it was because the syncing hadn’t finished from iPhone to Adobe Cloud before I deleted the project.

My video is not exporting no matter what I do. My video is less than 10 minutes long. I had exported it and it worked perfectly the first time. No troubles. Download straight to my iPad. I went back and made a couple of very minor changes and now it won’t export at all. It tries to for 10 seconds and then just says that it cannot export. I have deleted a lot of storage thinking that might be an issue. Nope. I really need this video as it is my final college project and determines my grade. All due next week! So I definitely need this video exported as soon as possible! 

I’m pretty sure in a previous version of Premiere mobil I could upload multiple audio files with my video files.  I now have no ability on import… any where to upload multiple audio files at once which is a major pita since I record my vocal files first.  In my current project I have 110 vocal files.

If I have an existing clip that is say 8 seconds long, I split it to 6 seconds and then choose to dissolve into the next clip, Premiere Mobile does not use ONLY the last frame of the  6 second clip. It is grabbing ‘ghost’ frames from the other 2 seconds I cut out.  I dont’ want any frames from those two seconds. I only want a straight dissolve from the last frame.  It used to work this way, but does not anymore.Thanks for the awesome editor!!!Arthur

Premiere IOS app is stuck at 2% export. It’s a 30 second video with a simple voice over and one zoom and one title effect added. Other projects have exported fine. I’ve duplicated and renamed the project, I’ve tried trimming the starting frame and deleting the effects but nothing will export. Latest version of the app is installed. Suggestions?

Just like the title says… import a audio file and the space bar no longe works to play.

When duplicating just about anything in Premiere Mobile instead of putting the duplicated audio item after the current clip, it puts it all the way back at the beginning of the project.  This is a real PITA having to move these all the way down the timeline.

[Moderators, please move to the Premiere Mobile forum’s Bugs section -- currently that forum has no Create Post button:] In Premiere Mobile, Looks will import but not apply a .cube with a long file name. To reproduce on Premiere Mobile 26.5.0 / IOS 26.2: 1. Unzip and download the attached LUT “001 -  Green to Ground - 001medium32.cube”. 2. Click a clip in the timeline and go to Looks. 3. Click “+” to import that .cube. Observe that it is displayed in the list of looks but it is not applied. 4. Try clicking on that look’s thumbnail and observe that it flashes briefly but then the None thumbnail gets selected. 5. Rename the LUT to “test.cube”, download it, and import it into Looks. Observe that it can be applied correctly.

I have 100+ gigs and and I'm on version 26.2.0 and I have tried several different videos, non have sped up clips, all are less then 2 minutes, I've tried extracting the audio and that fails. and when I try exporting it just stays at 1% or 0%  At one point I was able to export a couple of months ago and that video no longer exports. trying to get these videos out on a schedule and am behind. 

When exporting a vertical video from Adobe Premiere Pro on iPad using Direct Upload to YouTube Shorts, the Short uploads correctly. However, Premiere also creates two additional long-form videos on the same YouTube channel. These extra videos are blank, stuck processing/loading, and must be manually deleted every time. Expected result: only one YouTube Short is uploaded. Actual result: one Short uploads correctly, plus two incomplete long-form videos appear. This happens every time. Hi, when my video is uploaded to my camera roll from your app the audio is no longer synced and is delayed half way through out my video. 

Hello and happy New Year, This is a strange one. I am running into the following repeatable problem with…Premiere on iPhone v 25.12.0 (22) 18 Dec 2025,on an iPhone 15 Pro running iOS 26.1,creating a video with 3 source videos from the camera roll When I added a 1.2-second audio fade out to the very end of the video, the audio for the entire last clip no longer played, that is, until the very start of the fade-out, at which point only the fade-out played—meaning that there was only 1.2 seconds of fading audio for the final clip.  I tried changing the length of the clip, which made no difference. I tried adding a fade-in to the same clip, which caused the app to crash and that file to become corrupted. Now, if I try to open it, Premiere crashes immediately. I tried creating a fresh video with only the third clip to see if I could reproduce the problem, and I could not. I tried again with two different clips, and the problem did not occur. I tried creating the entire video again with the

I requested information on importing clips from my files, and a I was informed about creating a "bin." After running through the upper menu, I realized that your user instruction manual is pathetic. Generally, your Premiere Pro has a lot of valuable items, but if you can't even explain how to use them. It is no value to anyone. They have recently started using Adobe Creative cloud at my place of employment, however, when I was informed that there is no instruction manual and only "SNIPS" of worthless information with a visual tool. I am finding out that this is a worthless Creative Cloud. Everything that pertains to gaining a better understanding of these applications is pathetic. Why someone wasted their time creating a system that doesn't answer a specific question, and goes off into another new topic completely. Should have their head examined. I am no closer to finding out an answer for the question I orignally looked up than even going any further in quest to learn Creative Cloud.

hi, I'm having issues with playback of any video that isn't standard than before in the timeline, it will export okay, but the app is unusable as I cannot preview before rendering. if I buy a LUT, the artefacts change but remain at that level. I've tried reinstalling the app and assuring that I'm running the latest version. I don't see any settings that can be adjusted, any idea and does anyone else have the same issue?

I'm having a constant reoccurring issue   when I start a project it shows the timeline is at seven seconds. It won't let me rewind it or start at zero. And then when I import the audio and then export the project to myself, the project is seven seconds longer than the original audio or video length was. And I have vision loss so can't tell, but my fan base is lately telling me my audio and visual do not lineup, that they are staggered by a few seconds. no matter how much I delete and restart new projects I'm having the exact same behavior. There's automatically seven seconds into the timeline of every project I start
