Cannot export project on iPad version of the adobe Premiere app.

Files used : MPEG - 4 movie ( clips not longer than one minute )

Size  - 720 x 576 50fps

In my project, I went to unlink the audio from some clips event layed over other clips. I think nothing too complicated for this program… The program seem to be running to same issue over and over again ( app is running on latest update, iPad is running on latest update )  Still Im getting the same : Something went wrong while exporting, please try again. Any help would be appreciated because “something went wrong” doesnt really specify the problem it has… I can’t even attach screen recording here… please reach out to me via email. Im clueless and desperate to finish this project using Premiere.

    Hi @Kindhearted_Elixircfa4

I'm sorry you're hitting this. Here's what would help narrow it down:

    1. Your iPad model/OS version

    2. Whether the export fails right away or partway through, and roughly where.

    3. About how much free storage the iPad has.

If you're willing the fastest way to investigate and hopefully resolved is to get a copy of your project. If you're able to share it, here's how:

    1. On the Premiere home screen, tap the three-dot menu on the project's thumbnail.

    2. Tap Share Project.

    3. Email the zipped project file to pgaraway@adobe.com, or send a private link to it if the file is large.

Thanks in advance and sorry for the trouble.

    Peter
