Export fails on version 26.2.0

I have 100+ gigs and and I'm on version 26.2.0 and I have tried several different videos, non have sped up clips, all are less then 2 minutes, I've tried extracting the audio and that fails. 

and when I try exporting it just stays at 1% or 0% 

At one point I was able to export a couple of months ago and that video no longer exports. 

trying to get these videos out on a schedule and am behind.
