Export stuck at 0% or 2%

Premiere IOS app is stuck at 2% export. It’s a 30 second video with a simple voice over and one zoom and one title effect added. Other projects have exported fine. I’ve duplicated and renamed the project, I’ve tried trimming the starting frame and deleting the effects but nothing will export. Latest version of the app is installed. Suggestions?

@SpillsOnEverything like the name :) Sorry about this issue. Definitely unexpected especially with a non-complicated project like you described. If you're up for it, I'd love to take a look at the project to try to determine what's going on and get it resolved for you.

Something you can try is adjusting or removing an audio fade  if you have one. If you have a fade and transition that are overlap each other that has been known to cause issues. Still shouldn't have happened, but we're trying to catch every variable. That's why senior project would be very helpful.

    Step 1: Enable Project Sharing

    1. Copy this link and paste it into Safari:

    Prx://features?Application.ProjectArchiving=true

    2. When you open that link, it should prompt you to launch Premiere.

    Step 2: Share the Project

    1. Go to your Projects screen

    2. Find the problematic project thumbnail

    3. Tap the "⋯" (three dots) menu below your project

    4. You should now see "Share Project" as an option

    5. Share it via email (pgaraway@adobe.com) or file sharing link

Once you send it, I'll can analyze what's causing the failure and hopefully provide a fix.

Thanks in advance and for your patience

To close the loop on this, we have fixed the problem and were able to successfully export the project. Thanks for working with us!
