Premiere mobile app bricked

Not sure if this is due to an update? Nothing loads, can't click on anything. Just a black screen. Not good enough for a premium app.

Hello @Shaf Hussain Thank you for letting us know. Sorry you're hitting this issue. I haven't seen this before. Could you share a bit more detail so we can troubleshoot?


App Version & Device Info

  • Which version of the app are you currently using?
  • What device and OS version are you on?


When Did This Start?

  • Did this happen right after an update or while working on a project?
  • Does it occur every time you open the app or only with certain projects?


Quick Checks

  • Have you tried force-closing and reopening the app?
  • Does restarting your device make any difference?
  • Do you have enough storage space available?

 

In the meantime, you might try:

  • Updating to the latest version of the app (if available).
