Send to Desktop was not Finished when it said 100% Complete
Send to Premiere on Desktop from iPhone said it had completed 100% successfully, but it hadn't. There was still syncing happening in the background that was then killed when I deleted the project from my iPhone. If it says it has completed successfully, then it should all be synced. Otherwise there should be a secondary message to advise when it has finished so if you want to delete the project from phone, you can.
Steps were:
- Sent to Desktop a 14 minute video with about 10Gb of video files.
- Got 100% complete acknowledgement.
- Deleted project from iPhone
- Went to import into Desktop and got errors. Your tech support says it was because the syncing hadn’t finished from iPhone to Adobe Cloud before I deleted the project.
