Adobe Media Encoder does not respond to reading some files at startup

My ME version is 23.2.1,Windows 11 25324.1000.

I'm not sure if the problem I encountered can be reproduced on other computers, so I'll say what I encountered and how to deal with it:

After the update, my ME can not open, first read ImporterARRIRAW.prm unresponsive, then delete, read ImporterMXF.prm stuck there, no unresponsive, after deleting I can enter the software.
So is this a problem with my system or is it a software incompatibility problem?
