Adobe Media Encoder doesn't read and process the original file, exported from After Effects

Every time I'm sending a .aep to a render queue, and then hit play button in AME, I have an issue - 'File doesn't match the source'. 
Though it cannot apply to the real situation, as all my files is located in one folder and the path in AME definitely matches the real source file path.
I use Adobe Media Encoder Version 23.2.1. Build 2.
After Effects 23.1.0, Build 83.
MacOS BigSur.
Please, consider the issue.
