Adobe Media Encoder Failed Rendering

Media Encoder 2023 suddenly stopped rendering H.264 videos yesterday and it continuosly fails to render any video exported from After Effects 2023 in the queue. I have tried exporting through After Effect directly, but that is not ideal long term.

 

I have alsi tried using the cleaning tool and reinstalled Creative Cloud and all applicable applications and it is still failing to render. My MacOS is up to date with MacOS Ventura 13.4.1.

Sorry for your issues. The encoding logs shows an "accelerated rendering error: cannot produce frame". We need to investigate this issue. Would you be able to provide the necessary fles to repro this issue? I can private message you with the instructions in this form.

Please try software moe ans see if this works for you as a workaround right now. LMK the outcome.

I'm using After Effects 23.5 and Media Encoder 23.5.

Which versions of After Effects and Adobe Media Encoder exactly do you use? Those need to match in order to DynamicLink work properly.
