Adobe Media Encoder has encountered an unexpected error and cannot continue.

Hi community, I've been encountered this problem everytime I tried to open Media Encoder v25.1 from After Effects v25.1. I searched through the discussion history but it seems like most similar topics are related to macOS. Sadly, I'm on Windows 11. Have asked ChatGPT before but still can't fix this problem. I’d really appreciate it if anyone could help or provide some advice.

Things I've tried:

- Uninstall and install (both AE and ME)

- Update the GPU driver

- Switch video rendering from CUDA to Mercury Software Only

- Clear the cache

Yes, I've checked the folder has full access. And yes, I have Huorong Security. (I tried to snooz it and run Media Encoder again, still got the same error message.)

Sorry for your issues.

Did you grant access to the Adobe Documents folder? Do you run any additional security software?
