Adobe Media Encoder isn't Encoding Anything on Animate 2024.

Issue - Media Encoder won't encode anything on Animate. When I try to export an MP4 or H.246 with quick publish. It just gets stuck at 60%. I can't even update my PC because the update isn't compatible. Is there any way to fix this.

Adobe Media Encoder version number: 23.6.2

Operating system: Windows 10

Steps to reproduce - 1. Click on Quick Publish. 2. Click on Video/Movie in Quick Publish.

Expected result - MP4/H.246 Should have been downloaded

Actual result -  It just gets stuck at 60% or it uploads nothing.
