I am very glad for you. Do you have any ideas what you changed?

Whenever I open AME, the first thing that pops up is; "Preset Erot

Could not open source file. Please check that file exists with correct permissions.

Importer returned bad result.

Can you please try the following:

  1. Make sure that versions of all apps match (required for DynamicLinkManager to work correctly).
  2. Verify your own AntiVirus / GateKepper setup. If applicable, deactivate temporarily to verify.
  3. Quit all DVA apps.
  4. Use Activity Monitor / Task Manager to kill DynamicLinkManager if it still runs. (On Windows, you need to open the Details tab to see dynamiclingmanager.exe in TaskManager.)
  5. Launch AME first.
  6. Open & export the project again.

Please let me know if this workaround works for you.

Just verified video export from Adobe Animate 24.0.0.305 to Adobe Media Encoder 24.1.1.2 on Windows 11. It is working for me. Do you see any error messages?

I use a lenevo think pad, and the versions for FLA and AME are 24.0 and 24.1 respectively

Which hardware, operating system and versions of Animate and AME are you using?
