Adobe media encoder stuck at 60% and won’t open

Hi so I've been trying to export a very small animation I made with Adobe Animate recently and I've noticed that despite the file being very small Adobe Media Encoder won't encode it and it'll be stuck at 60% and when the pop up for Media Encoder shows up it immediately disappears and the app closes itself out and even when I tried opening it on its own it would automatically close out.

I've got all the most recent versions since initially when this problem first happened I thought it was a bug with the old versions but even having all the most recent versions of everything downloaded it still leads to this same problem. I've been attempting to fix this for hours now with no avail, I cleaned some of my storage to see if that would do anything I tried clearing the cache on my internet history thinking that might lead to something and nope, I'm on a laptop.

Weird thing is that I hopped to my HP computer and when I ran media encoder and all there it worked perfectly fine albeit the versions I have on that device are from like 2023-2024 but on my Windows Laptop despite everything being up to date nothing works to get a video exported.

Yea whenever I try to launch it or even when it's supposed to open up it'll show the splash screen for a few seconds then close itself out and won't reopen. I downloaded the most recent version on the Adobe cloud and I got a Windows 11 so I'm not sure what's the problem here. Everything's up to date.

Hey, so AME shows the splash screen but before the App fully launches, it closes again? What version of AME and which OS are you running? If you are on Mac, did you allow access?
