After rebooting Mac Media Encoder not working

I working in Premiere Pro sending clips over and over again to Media Encoder queue to export them after. I have hundress of clips In Midea Encoder in queue waiting to be exported. But after rebooting pc or reopening After Effects all of clips cant to export.

I recieve error:

Could not read from the source. Please check if it has moved or been deleted.

How to fix it problem?
