AME 23.2.1 Crashes When Trying to Open

Just 'upgraded' to the new Media Encoder.  I doesn't open and I get a crash report on my desktop.

Anyone else have this problem or suggestions on how to fix it?

Hey not sure if you figured out your problem but I found a solution for my situation. I'm on a 2019 Mac Pro and everything is all up to date. Somehow AME lost permission and I had to go in and give it access again in the firewall and permissions and it opened just fine after that.

very frustrating. I JUST updated my encoder on saturday march 4th and it was working fine and now suddenly march 7th it shows the logo loading then crashes before it opens with an error message. adobe needs to do better...
