AME Publishing Speeds Very Slow

I'm using Adobe Media Encoder 2023 Version 23.5 (Build 51) on Windows 10 to encode and then publish videos to YouTube. The YouTube uploads take an incredibly long time; I have gigabit internet, but the videos only upload using around 50 megabits or a twentieth of my speed. If I use a browser to upload, most or all of my bandwidth is used as I would expect. I know AME is capable of using more bandwidth, as uploading multiple videos at once uses about 50 megabits per video rather than total. I cannot find any way to uncap this speed or change it at all, but it makes very little sense for me to use AME to publish the videos automatically when it takes half an hour to do what I can do in a couple of minutes manually through a browser.

As an update (much later), I have updated to Windows 11 and am using Adobe Media Encoder 2024 Version 2024.0.3 (Build 2). The issue is still occurring, but with up to around 180 megabits per video instead of 50. It's faster, but still not using all that's available.

It is totally possible that the YouTube APIs that we are using have some limits. I will investigate.
