AME rendering motion preset incorrectly. Ignores controller slider value.

I came across an issue, where Media Encoder doesnt render my motion preset properly.

I designed an intro and outro in After Effects. Both have Gaussian Blur effect in them. Importing into Premiere Pro works fine. The assets display and behave as intended. If I export within Premiere Pro, the final output is correct. If I attempt exporting with AME, the blur is ignorred completely.

The blur was controlled via a slider inside After Effects. This Value of a slider was not honored by AME.

Is there a reason for such behaviour? Bug or Feature?
