"an error occurred while trying to add the selected project to the batch"

Yesterday is the first time something like this happened to AME. Whenever I try to export something it says 
"an error occurred while trying to add the selected project to the batch" As the screenshot below shows.
However, Yesterday I kept trying over and over again until it worked perfectly, but today it doesn't want to work no matter what. Does anyone know any information about this?

The option "Import sequences natively" is unavailable I can't turn it off or on it's just on.
I didn't change versions or plug-ins recently in fact i don't have any plug-ins installed on my AME

Can you try turn "Import sequences natively" on an doff and let us know the result? Did you recently change app versions or plug-ins?
