Audio not exporting in Media Encoder

When I export through Media Encoder there is audio in the preview. Audio is checked on for the export as well. However, when I export the project it renders the .mp4 with no audio. This is happening on two different workstations on two different accounts. It seems this issue arose after the new update in Adobe's software.

Which CPU, GPU and OS are you using? Which versions of PPro & AME? Would you be able to share the project for us to look into the issue? I can private message you the instructions in this forum.
