Batch Export Settings Not Reflecting Audio Channel Changes

Hi,

I'd like to report a bug in 24.3 (Build 49) of Media Encoder 2024. I'm running it on a 2023 Mac Mini with an M2 Pro chip on Ventura 13.4.

In an attempt to batch-edit the export settings across 45 .mxf files in Media Encoder, I continue to run into an issue where my audio channel settings do not apply to all 45 files even though all of the other settings do apply.

I changed the 4K UHD .mxf  files to be 1080p .mov (QuickTime ProRes 422 Proxy) but need to have the audio output channels set to '5 channels' mono so they match the raws. This is so I can successfully attach them as proxies in Premiere.

I've troubleshot a few different ways, including restarting the computer, saving & applying presets, and even reinstalling Media Encoder with my preferences deleted. None of these have helped fix this.

Any help, workarounds, or patches would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Jack

What are your specs (OS, CPU, GPU, memory)? Which versions of AME and PPro do you use? Would you be able to share a project with media?
